Very sturdy and works real well. It took me a few hours to assemble but went together nicely . My only issue is needing larger plates . It only holds a few plates so they have to be at least 50 lbs each to accommodate the weight needed

Not too difficult to put together. I thought there were gonna be some sort of weight belts with them. But I found out that you have to buy a weights to put it on otherwise machine works great.

Get a full workout with one machine

My husband and I haven['t had a chance to clean our back bedroom out and put it together yet;however, I cannot wait!!! I have been wanting one for quite some time and can't believe I was able to buy one sooo reasonably priced! I feel very blessed!
