This has been a good product for me until last Monday. I like the adjustment and how sturdy it looks. This is not for those how lift heavy wieght. The adjustment for bench on mine this past monday bent on me. While preforming a heavy lift it went from a regular bench to a decline in mid set. I was just glad that i was not at my PR level for that night or this would have ended me up in the hospital. It was not as sturdy as i thought it should be.

Love the quality and the price this piece of equipment compares to other brands out there. I would recommend it to anyone who seriously into or wanting to change their health.

When we converted our garage into an exercise room, I wanted a flat bench so I began researching and happened to read reviews from people who had bought flat benches. One customer said she wished she had bought the one that inclines/declines so I looked at this product and the rest is history. We've been using it since July and truly love it. It's sturdy and the size s perfect.. I'm 5'3 and my husband is 5'11" I recommend this product!

The product was well worth the price and very well constructed. I must admit that I expected the worst as one cannot always make out on the internet what the quality is all about and have to rely on feedback as I am foing now. This is well worth the buy.

I'd been looking for a multi-position bench with decline for several months, scouring the reviews, looking in stores, etc. This bench has A LOT of variable settings and comfort levels, and feels stable at each one of them. Additionally it fits me (5'7", 150 lbs.) and my husband (6'3", over 200 lbs.). That being said, it is longer than most of the benches out there, but the more I use it the happier I am with the purchase. Noteworthy: I put it together in about 15 minutes. All necessary tools and parts are included, and diagrams are straightforward.

Home use with dumbell set. Versatile piece of exercise equipment with solid construction.

The bench is a good buy compared to other similar products. Easy to assemble and modify. Not very sturdy. Adequately comfortable. Purchased to match Valor Bench/ Squat combo. Overall, I'm luke warm about the purchase.
