Great product. Sturdy, well built, and can handle a variety of exercises. Key component of home gym. Everything from benching to squats to all sorts of cable exercises.

This was worth the money. It was very sturdy and well built. The pulley system has worked well and I’m glad I went for that upgrade over the standard power rack. FYI the bar with the pad is a lap bar for the pull down station but is easily and quickly removable for when you want full access to the rack

As a first time buyer of a home gym, the BD7 is very nice. This system will allow me to get the work out I need every morning. The BD7 was put together easily and seem to be made of good material. I am very happy with it overall.

Excellent deal for the money. Solid piece, no wobble, sturdy enough to mount resistance bands on as well. The metal is painted in a very durable finish that has held up extremely well to heavy iron weights being banged on it over and over again. I love that this cage has a cable option as well.

This was definitely a good buy. It will take more than one person to install it and it is heavy but very sturdy. For all those people who love to workout and don't want to go the gym. I would recommend this.

I give the item 5 stars for what you get for the price. Easy enough to put together and will allow me to forget about having a gym membership. One helpful tips, Start your assembly in the morning or mid -day: the packages were mangled and I had to run to the hardware store to get bolts and washers.

This is a high quality rack which would meet the needs of all but the most serious of lifters. It took me about 2 hours working alone to put it together. The instructions have a few typos but they're not serious. If you take your time and study the diagrams you shouldn't have any problems. The rack itself feels very solid and has some nice touches. The weight support bars are all solid steel, not hollow. It comes with 4 storage pegs to hang your plates on. About the only complaint I have is that the sleeve which holds the weights for the lat pull is a very tight fit on the guide pole and adds some resistance on the concentric portion and hence subtracts some resistance on the eccentric (lowering) movement. I'm guessing over time this will decrease. The Valor website has some detailed drawings with just about every dimension you'd need to know before purchasing - especially important if you're limited on space. Note that you will need a 7 foot bar with this rack. Overstock had the best price and it was delivered in 4 days by UPS ground from the time I placed the order. Outstanding.

I would recommend this power rack to anyone beginning to lift at home. It is stable and allows enough room inside to make exercises inside the cage comfortable. Lifting alone is also possible due to the spotter. The assembly of the machine took a few hours , but was not difficult. The necessary tools were sent with the machine.Very good machine for the price.
