Our local toy store no longer carries this toy, but they still have one in their toddler play room. The kids go to it like moths to a flame. Two small children (ages 18-36 months) can both fit on the seat
We had purchased a QuickSmart Scuttlebug based on its amazing reviews (and it is a great little toy!), but the Pewi Ybike is a little bigger and its wheels swivel 360 degrees to follow the bike whichever direction my child moves (as opposed to the Scuttlebug whose rear wheels are fixed and whose front wheel is controlled by the handlebars like a traditional bike/trike). This makes it a little safer (less risk of baby losing balance and toppling sideways off the bike) and definitely more fun (the bike responds to my son's movements, so he doesn't get frustrated with it). The wheels are "rollerblade" style wheels so they are quiet and non-damaging on my wood floors, and even roll pretty well on carpet.
I call it his "bike," but when he goes to play on it he always signs "car." I think that's because of the big round "steering wheel," which doesn't actually steer the bike, but looks and feels like a steering wheel in his hands.
My son is 17 months and is enjoying the toy, but I wish I'd purchased it around 12 months.
