It's an awesome concept and parts are easily removed. Our only complaint is the quality. We wish it were made better especially for the price! Our 3 year old loves it!!

Hello, If you haven't assembled and tested your Toy Car Engine yet, we suggest you do so. The headlights do not work properly on the one we purchased. At the very least we would like to suggest you test the four parts that use batteries (both headlights, ignition and steering wheel horn. We have requested replacement headlights for our Toy Car Engine through our distributor. Helping you have a trouble free Christmas! The principal behind the toy is great, just need manufacturing do better quality control on the headlights. I would have rated this as 5 Star if not for the two defective headlights. PS....yes, we did make sure we were using fresh batteries and polarity was correct.

Searched for this toy for over a year. We were thrilled when we found it on Great Offer Stock and at such a great price! Our grandsons play with it for hours on end. They love to disassemble and reassemble the engine, fix flat tires, check the oil, all with the help of their Pop, who teaches them the parts as they go along. It's a great puzzle for both boys. The older one likes to play pit crew with it and it's a real aide to the 2 year old in learning eye/hand coordination when using the tools.
