Purchased this swing for my highly active school-age kids; the swing is well made and the kids love it. I would not recommend kids to twist the ropes ( will unscrew at the top) kids have the option to sit and use as a swing or as a swurfer swing when install low. I was able to install (attach) under patio to provide shade. I would recommend this for busy active kids
