Safer and Better
This was recommended by my chiropractor. He has one in his office that I use prior to therapy. He wanted me to use one every day. I bought one and it makes a difference. I have tried inversion incline boards. NG. This is way better, easier to use and way safer. It will keep your neck and back vertebrae from getting worse and seems to make the spacing better. Use 1 to 3 times a day for no more than 3 minutes is what the chiropractor told me.

Just what I needed!
I have the Teeter LX9 Iversion Table. I purchased so I would have a different twist to inverting. Just another option for me to remain pain free! Love it!

Better than any of the other inversion models. As a doctor of Chiropractic I recommend the forward bending model over the recumbent models. It gives a much more efficient stretch and gives greater relief to the nerves and pain. *****

Couldn't Ask for More
I used to have access to one of these at a local gym and have missed it since moving. I originally purchased a typical backward inversion system of the same brand at a local club warehouse. The standard inversion tables hurt my lower back no matter the brand or features. I soon returned it and continued to search for Dex II. The Teeter Dex II is the answer for anyone that can't benefit from the traditional style. The foward inversion takes the strain off of ankles knees and hips and allows for a comfortable spinal stretch that doesn't seem to hurt more than it helps.

GREAT!
This is a GREAT piece of equipment! So wish I bought this instead of the full inversion table which didn't lock and caused my near death accident. My back is finally getting some relief. I'm a big guy 260 6"3' and feel secure in it. My head is close to the ground... about an inch or two off but that's fine with me. Exiting the equip is a bit iffy until you get the hang of it. be careful. If you're looking for an 90 90 this is the one for the money. Teeter has a DEX I but it's double the price. Enjoy

Stable, good buy
After putting this together and trying it out, I heard cracks and pops all the way down my neck and spine right away, so it does what I bought it for and feels stable enough to hold my weight and be simple to use. Word of caution: if you set the leg pads close to the middle so that the adjustment pole is sticking out, dismount carefully! Neglecting to swing your leg over that adjustment pole will result in some ugly bruises on the inside of your thigh.
