Easy to put together, works perfectly and it is quite the workout! So many different exercises and directions for them all! Comes with bands to make it more difficult. Folds up nicely for storage. Has a little timer that is very accurate too! Great tool for getting in shape quickly.

The size in the description shows as 11" in height when it is actually 5.5". I bought the item specifically because of the height. It will cost me postage but it will be returned.

they are holding up. I used them for dips and put a bar across the top of them to do pull ups.

It was easy to assemble. Very sturdy. The seat coushin is even comfortable. I would recommend this anyone.
