Small and compact but some cheap parts I love the design of this and how compact it is. Very easy to store and exactly the size I figured it would be. Took me about 25 minutes to assemble myself. The only downside is that the feet rests are very cheap. I just put it together but have used it for 30 minutes everyday for the past three days and it's held up well. Overall, for the price, I am very happy with this purchase. I just hope my feet rests don't break like I have read in so many other reviews.

Good for a quick cardio exercise at home. It's not like a normal Elliptical machine, lets be honest, it cant be. BUT it is great to get in some exercise real quick at home if you don't have time to go to the gym. Perfect for what I needed it for.

Well built eliptical! After using it daily for a month and a half for about 30 to 60+ minutes a day, the following is my assessment: It is a substantial piece of equipment that is great for an apartment because of its compactness. It is very quiet generating only a faint "pumping action" sound. Because of the constant and shifting pressure exerted on the foot pedals, I strongly recommend the application of Locktite to the screw threads to keep it bolted. Otherwise, with the screws working loose it can damage the pedals and the threads. Although not an avid runner, I jog over 1,100 miles a year. Using this elliptical is a great workout with low impact. While there is a short stride to this machine, if you ever tried running or sprinting in place, it is a vigorous routine despite getting nowhere. The length of the stride does not dictate the quality of a workout. Because of other comments, I purchased some Lithium grease, just in case of the need to take it apart for lubrication. Up to now, there has been no need for any lube action. My only regret is that I should have bought this years ago.

Family Friendly This was very easy to put together. It took me about 15minutes with my 9y.o. helping me. If you are doing it by yourself it would take maybe 7-8 minutes, seriously. It has a smooth ride to it. My whole famliy is enjoying using it. You have to have good balance if you are going to stand and use it. Overall it is a great piece of equipment.

No stride There is barely any stride with this machine. Would be excellent of there was a stride and I'm only 5 3. Was going to return it but according to the return policy I would have to pay for shipping and only receive a partial return.
