Perfect, in one month my body feel a lot better, and I find this rower a complete excercise.

Small footprint, orbital rowing a great feature, and great value for the price.

We have second thought about this rower. Did not realize that we now are too old too lower ourseves to get to it. But once we get settle, it is OK

This is the second 1215 rower I purchased in five years. The rower is great with the exception of Fitness Meter which has not worked on either rower. It would be useful if Stamina just added a functional timer instead of the non functional bells and whistle meter they have been using for five years. I would let a friend know the meter is non functional before they purchased the rower.

I work out regularly and even at the lowest setting this is tough.

We've had the rower for about a week, still trying to adjust it but I'm looking forward to a good regular workout.

I recently purchased this rower for a complete body workout & so glad I did. Ordering another one this week for our 2nd home so I don't miss my workouts. Seeing results in a few short weeks with this great quality rower.

I purchased this item 2mo ago. Currently an avid weight lifter who also enjoys adding cardio into my routine. I am 5'9". 210lbs It fits my height perfectly. It works well to get me warmed up and ready to workout. 20mins of all out rowing gets the sweat going and if you give it an honest to God try with the higher settings its a tough challenge that works many of the larger muscle groups. Easy to store away.

I have had my rower for a month and really love it. It was easy to put together and use. I bought this to get a better overall body workout and it has definitely met my expectations.

My husband and I are both using the stamina orbital rower - listening to music and getting the heart rate going. It's awesome to get some exercise on the large muscles and flatten stomachs, tone arms. We love it!

read alot of reviews that mentioned incomplete or just plain bad instructions. to be honest, i hardly needed the instructions at all. the only time i referenced them was to confirm, when completed, that the few nots and washer i had remaining werent missed somewhere (they werent !). the machine is ad advertised and easy to use. it has plent of range of motion for fully extending my legs, which was one concern. it is quiet, relatively comfortable (seat could be alittle cushier...) and definitely provides a workout. i would generally recommend this for anyone who wants that mostly full body cardiovascular workout that doesnt strain the joints. the not so great points..... the resistance producting shocks are way, way too resistant, even on the easiest/lowest setting. they also dont begin to produce resistance until halfway through the stroke, because the shock/piston is moving so little. i would strongly recommend to the manufacturer that they come up with a shorter throw shock with more evenly distributed and sooner producing resistance. the display is the weakest link here. it sits at a bad angle for the easiest viewing. it doesnt accurately count strokes/cycles (actually nearly doubles the count !!) and for me, displays some rather useless info, like distance, etc... it is also very easy to bump and knock loose. recommendations..... better , quicker engaging shock/resistance better angled display that accurately counts strokes greater incline, to better excercise legs.... liked this unit alot though. going to see if i can improve the shocks myself.

I bought this rower a month ago, and I'm a little upset that I paid $499.00 for it and I see that it's on for $399.00 and after Christmas it was on sale for $299.00 and I missed that price. Anyway, I love it. The fact that it's easy to use, folds up nicely, the counter on it is fabulous. I love the fact that I can keep track of the miles and calories while I'm rowing away!

I would recommend this product if you want to use it for cardio as a beginner. I was not into fitness before I purchased this. I have lost 30 pounds since buying and using it for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week and following a better diet. I have lower my A1C by more than 2 points also. Worked really well for what I needed for 6 months then the seat broke. It sounded like a simply fix but getting the company to cover the part was a bit tricky. Had I contacted the company first rather than where I purchased it then I may not have had the problems I ran into. Once Stamina started with the problem it seems to have been taken care of. We will see. .

I received the rower about 4 weeks ago and have temporarily stopped using it. I love the rower, but I have developed lower back pain from using it. So, I am resting my back for a week or so until the pain subsides. It is very important that you research the proper way to row prior to using this machine. Apparently, I was not. Also, do not overdo it. Start off very slow, like maybe 5 minutes a day and slowly build that up. Hopefully, I will be able to get back on the rower since it works so many muscles. It seems like a good machine and hopefully it is durable. Only time will tell.

Bought a stamina 3512 rower back in December 2015. It was a great purchase. Had a little problem with a bushing but Stamina products stepped up right away a got a new bushing to. Excellent service.

My Stamina 1215 rowing machine is great. It is made with very sturdy parts and I can tell they will last a long time. It is a great workout as well.

As a couch potato wanting to get fit, I investigated the best rowers out there. I bought this one 3 weeks ago and have already seen results! The only downfall is that once you get into your rhythm, it does tend to travel BUT overall, I love this rower and I am so happy I purchased it!

Easy to assemble,works fine and everything I was hoping for.

I researched different machines and chose this. I was a bit concerned because of some of the poor quality and hard to put together reviews. I put it together by myself and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the machine. I have it set up in my game room for daily use. It is very easy to move and store when I have company over. It glides smoothly when I am using it. Overall I am impressed with the machine.
