This is a lower cost stationary recumbent bike, but it is very sturdy, and appears well made. My husband put it together in about 1 hour, and all the parts were there. The resistance is accomplished with a knob on the top of the "wheel" housing, but it is easy to reach while peddling, and responds appropriately. Seat is wide enough and comfortable. The display is at a good height, and is easy to read. I haven't tried to set any of the programs; I just sit down and start peddling. It immediately starts going through the various readings; speed, distance, time, calories burned, and heart rate. As long as your hands(both) are on the rests, it picks up you pulse. No real Cons noted at this time. I've had and used this bike for about a month.
