He liked it a lot. Age 11. He and his dad put it together.

This was a gift for a 5 year old, so he need his dad to construct it. I even think an 8 yr. old would need some help with this. But, after it was put together, was really fun and kinda creepy.

He lives far away and "said" he like it (as a Xmas gift). But, haven't heard much else.

My 10-year old son was very excited to build this robot after receiving it for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, after many attempts at it myself and many other people doing the same we determined that it is defective. After installing the battery and turning the switch on, the robot did nothing. Very disappointed but probably an isolated incident since I don't see this issue in other reviews.

The dogs go crazy after this, you have to watch out they don't jump on it. Can you say FUN.

Most kids will need adult to help with assembly.

we bought this Christmas 2015 for our 6 year old then and he loved this. His dad had to help him put it together a little but not very much. He still plays with this spider. He would keep it on the shelf when he wasn't playing with it and then would bring it down when he wanted to play with it. Everything worked like listed and it very cute to watch. I would recommend this toy to any children interested in science or robots. actually I would recommend for any child. My 3 year old loves it too.

the grandkids loved putting together!

Christmas gift for 7 year old. Its a little shy of intellectual stimulation once it is put together but putting together with the help of dad was a well spent saturday afternoon and a proud accomplishment from what I understand from.mom... I thought it was a little pricey but I've now seen them for double/even more than double.. Quality, parts, packaging all good.
