Super Thick and Comfy One of the most durable and comfortable yoga mats I have ever seen. When my kids stepped on the mat they asked if they could sleep on it! I have been looking for something that was thicker so I wouldn't hurt my back on my hardwood floors, most mats didn't even feel like I was using anything at all. This mat is perfect.
