Pole and Box Elevates My Reformer WorkoutReviewed at staminaproducts.com
I highly recommend the adjustable pole and box. These two items will take your workout to a new level. I consider both products to be of high quality. I purchased the adjustable pole and box back in 2011 and have used both items with my reformer. I found the DVD that came with it very dated and does not show a complete exercise program. Instead, it shows some exercises that can be completed using the pole, box and stability ball. For several years, I only used the pole to keep me steady when completing standing exercises on the reformer. I used the long box when completing arm exercises. July 2018, I purchased the AeroPilates Precision Series reformer 610 and Cadillac. I started using the reformer 3 to 4 days per week. I found the AeroPilates pole DVD (complete workout program for arm and ab) on staminaproducts.com and began my love affair with the pole. I complete this program at least 2 days per week and my arms and back are much more tone, and my posture is improved. I'm very grateful that I have the adjustable pole because I can quickly and easily change the lengths to use for arm/ab exercises or standing leg work. I now also use the pole for ab work.

This is a good alternative to the Balanced Body box, at half the price! It even comes with a foot strap. I use this with my Balanced Body Allegro reformer.

Pilates Box w/ Pole
the pilates Box is wood construction nicely padded and covered in a Naugahyde upholstery cover it is comfortable to the touch the pole is vinyl plastic the box is for execution of advance Pilates routines the pole is for stabilization they can be used together or separately with or without the reformer apparatus I haven't used mine yet as I am still in the beginner classification but look forward to doing advanced routines in a few weeks about a month if you plan on purchasing a pilates reformer I would recommend purchasing this item at the same time so you won't have to wait because advancement to the next level of training comes quickly when the workout is so fun.

Nice packaged pilates kit for use with a reformer. Video is very helpful. Great way to exercise from home during Covid. Highly recommended for people who already have some pilates experience.

I use this with my Aeropilates Reformer... I'm not a huge fan of these products. It's tough if you're used to studio quality equipment- I'm definitely spoiled. It's smaller and not as padded as I would like, just like the carriage on the reformer itself.
