"I currently bought a different bike. There is one problem I am having. The bike that I have doesn't smoothly transition from no resistance to all the resistance on. Its either none or all with no in between. How is the transition for this bike? Considering of returning the one I bought."

Great Offer Stock has been great but Impex, the company who makes this bike, is worthless. I've had the bike for only a month and I've spent more time on the help line number than on the actual bike. My right pedal just feel off during my 4th workout. I called to get the "crank" replaced and they send me another pedal. I called when I received the part and told the the issue again. They did send the correct part this time but no tools or instructions. I had to purchase *** worth of tools to only be unsuccessful with the repair. I called Impex back and they asked about the tool they forgot to send and then told me I could buy one off of ***. A supervisor finally said she would "overnight" one to me but it has been 7 full days, and still no tool. I am now officially past my 30 day return . I bought the 2 year warranty plan but that seems more like a joke bc I can't get this bike repaired. I asked if I could send the bike to them to be repaired and they said no. My advice for anyone wanting a spin bike is not to buy this one. The company, Impex, is difficult to work with and they don't stand behind their product or warranty.

Sturdy but light. Easy assembly
Received the Marcy Deluxe Club Revolution Cycle this week. Less than 1/2 hour to assemble with the tools needed included. Solid construction and very solid and stable. Good product.

Apart from the difficulty of moving a heavy package downstairs to my basement gym, building this bike was a simple task. All the necessary tools are included, the parts are well labeled and the assembly instructions are clear and simple to follow. the whole process took less than 40 minutes. The bike is solid and seems like it will give years of good service.

The handlebars adjusts to various heights. The seat pad adjusts to move up/down as well as front/back. All adjustment settings are pre-drilled and can not be altered nor can additional holes be drilled.

It is very well sealed with no open areas to see inside and I am not going to open as it came sealed with that being noted here, on page 9 of the parts listing the front and back cover numbers 42 and 43 states each as 'front and back chain covers'. Hope that information is helpful.
