Great bike, very smooth and no grinding! Heavy and comfortable with easy assembly!

Great Offer Stock has been great but Impex, the company who makes this bike, is worthless. I've had the bike for only a month and I've spent more time on the help line number than on the actual bike. My right pedal just feel off during my 4th workout. I called to get the "crank" replaced and they send me another pedal. I called when I received the part and told the the issue again. They did send the correct part this time but no tools or instructions. I had to purchase *** worth of tools to only be unsuccessful with the repair. I called Impex back and they asked about the tool they forgot to send and then told me I could buy one off of ***. A supervisor finally said she would "overnight" one to me but it has been 7 full days, and still no tool. I am now officially past my 30 day return . I bought the 2 year warranty plan but that seems more like a joke bc I can't get this bike repaired. I asked if I could send the bike to them to be repaired and they said no. My advice for anyone wanting a spin bike is not to buy this one. The company, Impex, is difficult to work with and they don't stand behind their product or warranty.

Is awesome! Easy to setup-adjust and use. Stable when using. Working out immediately. I highly recommend.

I did not want to invest a lot of money in a spin bike but also did not want something that would break in a month. This was a middle of the road compromise for me. Overall I like it, although if you are used to studio bikes it may take you a little to adjust. The seat is super hard - definitely something I will replace and the pedals do not have clips. Another item I will have to replace so I can use my spin shoes. So... after all I will spend about *** extra to customize it. I will say that the bike was very easy to assemble and rides well. I've used it a few times a week since I set it up - it's so nice not to have to stress about making a class on time!

Ended up returning because it was wobbly and not what I expected. Would not purchase

NICE BIKE AND SLIM DESIGN. I JUST WISH IT CAME WITH A SPEED AND MILE TRACKER. MY 12 YEAR OLD SON LOVES USING THE BIKE AS WELL, EVEN THOUGH HE DOESN'T KNOW IT HELPS WITH HIS HEART RATE AND CARDIO AS WELL.

Shipping was fast. I assembled by myself (female here) 15 minutes. All tools are supplied for it that main body you see in the picture is already assembled you put on the handlebars, seat/post, pedals, the feet with levelers on the bottom. The bike is very sturdy no wobbling at all. Great bike and for the price.

Easy to put together (did it by myself) and it gets the job done, but it has a few flaws. The bike is not sturdy on the ground, so when I pedal standing, it slightly tilts. I feel like I cannot focus on my workout or do my full speed on the bike (standing mode), because I'm busy making sure I don't fall over with the bike. The front and rear stands might be a bit too small for the bike. The handle bar wobbles a bit, no matter how much I continously tighten the screws; I have to keep tightening the seat, since it keeps loosening as well. I will be changing out the seat and pedals. It works for now; however, if I had to do it again, I would not purchase this bike.

I bought this bike to be able to do cardio quickly at home. great workout very easy assembly. handlebars don't go up much but I'm 5'3" so not a problem!

The seat was tiny, I"m a big guy, I bought and aftermarket seat and it works a lot better for me now.

Happy with purchase! Great Spin bike for the price! Only had few months so not sure of long term durability. Bought gel seat for a little more cushion otherwise no complaints!
