The flame retardant treatment was so strong we had to leave this product outside for a week, brought inside and off gassing was so strong we couldn't use. Flame retardant is a known carcinogen and was incredibly surprised to have a children's product treated in this manner. I understand this is likely a result of regulatory requirements however the vendor should state this on the product description.

This is a great product. As far as teepee toys go, I think this is about as good as you can get. With all teepees keeping them standing while kids play in them is a bit of a challenge. I'm always over adjusting the base. It also has a bit of an odor when it first arrives, so air it out, and the smell disappears after a few days.

I read the reviews about the smell but decided to get it anyway bc it is so cute. We left it outside to get the smell to go away, no luck. It smells like an animal died....

my ten r got this for her bday, she is in love with, the only flaw it came with a weird smell, we've sprayed it with febreze, still sort of of smells, had it for 2 months.

My Nephew could not have loved this anymore. It's like his little man cave, he takes his Woody and Buzz toys in there and doesn't let anyone in. A dream for a 2 year old!

We've tried to air this thing out with no luck. My kids won't even go in it since the smell of the canvas is so bad. It smells up the whole house like urine/fish mixed together. The smell is so terrible we can't even enjoy this in any way YUCK :(

Loved it! I purchased a different style else where that had a round base, and we had to continuously situate the legs. This square design stays in place and it is so cute! Very happy with my purchase and the price.

i didn't realize how small this tent was until i put it together. it literaly is enough room for my 8 month old baby boy. if i were to sit in it, i would have to crouch down or lay down with my legs sticking out. the picture is kind of deceiving because it seems like the little boy in the orange shirt can fit his whole body in it and move around. well, he may be able to fit his body, but i highly doubt he can move around in it. overall, it looks great. it is of great quality. but the size of the tent is horrible. only enough for a 4 year old child.
