BUYER BEWARE HUDSON BAY! do not, do not, do not! DO NOT even consider buying this hot tub! My story could turn into a novel, but the quick & dirty is that—first of all—when the hot tub arrived, I was sent the wrong size cover. It took 6 weeks and numerous threats before Hudson Bay “found” the apropos cover. Next the hot tub simply did not function. Add another 3 weeks for a rep to respond with a suggested fix. It helped to a degree but then I realized the real BUYER BEWARE outcome: This very expensive hot tub has only enough power in its single motor to have the jets work… ready for this?… on one side OR the other!! WHAT? SERIOUSLY? When I was able to speak to a rep of Hudson Bay a second time, he actually said, “What did you expect for a 110V spa?” I must stress that Great Offer Stock customer service was consummate in dealing with a debacle that lasted nearly 4 months (I told you it was worthy of a novel). I was able to connect on the phone and via email consistently. Hudson Bay blows! Great Offer Stock is my hero. For heaven’s sake, DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM OF A SPA nor anything from Hudson Bay.
