I had been researching hot tubs for some time, and this was a great deal! It did take about 7 weeks to ship, but I knew that up front. The delivery company does not place the tub in your desired location, and it's tough to find a moving company that will move spas, believe it or not. It cost *** to have a company move the spa to the backyard, but it was better than having one of my neighbors throw out their backs helping us move it. It was just hooked up by our electrician today, and it only took him a few hours. My biggest concern is that the spa cover was delivered to me damaged, and I have been dealing with Great Offer Stock for a week to replace it. As of today, I still have a bent spa cover. Hoping Great Offer Stock makes things right!

Great Spa We love the Spa and it works perfectly. Originally the first spa was received damaged and we had some trouble getting the damaged spa picked up and a new Spa sent in a timely manner. However, Great Offer Stock was very apologetic and compensated me for the delay with both a monetary credit and extra points. I am very pleased with the customer service! Plus, the delivery guy helped set the replacement spa in place and stayed to make sure there was no damage! I love Great Offer Stock and this Spa! The speakers are great too!

the tub is beautiful and works excellent delivery went as smooth as possible with an item this big and my electrician had no trouble hooking it up. we use it pretty often and have not found one single thing that we would want that we don't have, the audio system is pretty neat and sound real good. i saved a lot of money on this and am very happy

pretty impressed I was prepared when the tub arrived becasue I had read some othe other reviews about how large and bulky the item was. As long as you have a few helping hands moving it is no big deal. We have had thetub and going for a while now and use it about every other day. I am still shocked this tub tub is so nice and price was so good. Looked aroung for a while and being an O member really helps out with this one. Thank you!!!

I Love It. I've been wanting a hot tub for years. After using my in-laws and brother in-laws for years I decided to look for one. After researching on an independent website, I discovered that the brand offered on Great Offer Stock was rated well. I bought it in October for half the price of a dealer sold tub. Came in two weeks, free shipping. Hooked it up and turned it on. Works perfect. Was at 101° in 14° weather. I use it 3 to 4 times a week. Love it!! So far its been working great and even my kids enjoy it. My only complaint would be that the control panel is a little awkward and takes a bit to get used to. It has a nice cover and ozonator which was included. I have a family of 7 and am on a real tight budget, this tub was a great fit for us. I would recommend it.

Hello MT rancher, the spa has a layer of foam in insulation on the under-carriage but does not have the tubing covered with it. In very cold climates, you can apply extra R-15 or R-20 insulation to the tub if you feel it would help you. This does not effect the warranty on the product if this is done. Have a great day!
