paid two months ago but still have not received it I ordered this hot tub in the middle of August. Of course I paid for it already but now I still have not hot tub. The shipping company supposedly picked it up from Tenn on 9-15. They then again picked it up on 9-24 ???? Then they called and set up delivery for Oct 7. On Oct 6 they called and said they did not have it so they could not deliver it. Now the tracking shows that it is in transit to their local Michigan warehouse. It has said that for a month now. I guess maybe a couple of guys are carrying it from Tenn to Mi. That or someone has it at their home and are trying it out. Maybe they can write a review. Bottom line Paid in August, mid Oct still don't have it.

Super value Shopped a while for a tub and could not beleive this deal when I found it. The controller says Laguna Bay which seems to be the same as Home and Garden. I have called the Customer Care office once with a quick question and they were very polite and professional. Overall, this has been a really good buy and it has been a pleasure working with both parties.

Pump is Not powerful enough The hot tub arrived on a pallet and the delivery guys were just going to leave it in our driveway, even though we had white glove delivery. They finally helped get it into place, but reluctantly. This hot tub really needs two pumps, the jets barely go. The tub itself is pretty and the aux input is great as well as the speakers. Now, if only the jets had more pressure!

Nice spa For the price it is a great spa! We have been enjoying it! For me plenty of jets and pressure. If you would be filling the spa with more than 4 people I would look for one with 2 pumps for stronger pressure on all jets. I was told it was pretty difficult to hook up but overall great spa at great price.

6 person Home & Garden Hot Tub Great Hot Tub. Seems to be working perfectly. We Live in Michigan....it is the middle of winter and the hot tub that sits outside stays perfectly at 102 degrees. It has a cool waterfall that changes colors and 40 jets that can be adjusted side to side. It also has an MP3 player that we haven't tried yet. Waiting for our electric bill to see how much energy this hot tub uses...but other than that....love it, love Great Offer Stock for their follow up and customer service....awesome!

The pump, heater and wiring panel on the spa is located on the same side. That is opposite of the lounge seat. It is the side that has the topside controller. We recommend you leave access to all side but this side will definitely need to clear.

Yes and it is very nice. It's dark grey and the tub is a brilliant deep blue and the exterior is a weatherproof type of material (grey) not wood . Our exterior was wrapped good but had a crack on the corner. I am still waiting for a response from Great Offer Stock

"How long have most of you had to wait for delivery? I know the description says 1-10 days(which in and of itself is a pretty wide processing time, how can some people get the same hot tub processed in 1 day and others in 10?) Add to that another 1-4 weeks on delivery, which seems like it will be closer to the 4-6 week range because the processing is going to take the full 10 days, if not more. This doesn't seem right for even an "oversized" item."

The speakers are located on the same side as lounger and opposite of the liunger. The auxiliary hookup is on the same side as the topside controller.

There are 2 waterproof speakers located inside the tub just above the water line. There is a powered subwoofer inside the cabinet. The aux. hookup is in a little box (same side as top side controller) with a slide up plastic cover to keep it dry. You cannot control any aspect of the music from the topside control. A volume control would have been nice.
