This elliptical arrived in less than a week, easy to assemble, no issues with it since I've been using it.

We bought this exerciser and have been using it everyday for only 8 months then it broke down with a broken pedal. We don't know what to do with it anymore. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Easy to assemble and fun to use

works great, just need figure out how to set up the program. There doesn't seem to be a number to call.

This machine appears to be very sturdy. Assembly was a little time consuming, but no more than expected. So far all aspects of the machine appear to be functioning correctly.

When the elliptical arrived it seemed easy enough to put together, but when I tried to use it, the tension was impossible. The resistance level made it impossible to use for more then a few minutes which was frustrating since I would spend an hour on the one at my old gym. I tried to email and call the manufacturer several times with no luck. I called Great Offer Stock and they were friendly. they gave me a another number to try and said if there was still no resolution we would figure something out. I finally reached a person and they sent me a video how to correct the tension problem. My question is that if you had enough complaints that you decided to make a video, why not fix it on your end. It is working now and it is fine, but it was frustrating to say the least. I was very pleased with Great Offer Stock customer service, but the product itself fell under you get what you pay for.

Very good product considering the money factor. You can get better, but at double the price, is it really worth it?

Very happy and everything I wanted

The item shipped very slowly, but it arrived undamaged via UPS. The box weighs 98 lbs, so no way it was going up stairs with a bad back. The item had very clear instructions with all parts accounted for. it took about two hours to assemble, but I took my time to get it right the first time. The Bluetooth function is rather worthless, as the online app needs a lot of work. The machine works well however using the programs that are already installed. I've only had it a few days, but work up a good sweat in a 30 mins on a level 4 workout. I am happy with the product so far and would recommend to others, with the only reservation being delivery time.

Quiet, stable, smooth and an 18" stride length all for $***. Not another one out there like it.

I had a limited budget and researched ellipticals for a month before buying this one. Money and stride length were my two biggest factors in selectin an elliptical. I'm a tall girl (5'10") and this was actually the only elliptical I could find with a decent stride length. I read you should not purchase less than 18" stride length if you were over 5'9". I bought this at Great Offer Stock to avoid paying for shipping and tax, so it cost $***. My fiancé and I put it together in 2 hours. Directions seemed intimidating at first but they turned out to be fairly simple to follow. I have been using the elliptical daily for a week now. I can already tell I need to tighten up some screws, but other than that I have no complaints. The resistance goes up to level 24, and I max it out daily. I'm sweating buckets so that's good :) Love the smartphone app feature to track my workouts. I also use myfitnesspal to log food intake. I'm not convinced that he built-in calorie tracker on the elliptical is accurate, because the heart rate monitor is way off about half of the time, but a simple fix would be to buy your own heart monitor and wear it while you workout.

I wanted something small and quiet. This filled the bill. I'm happy with the purchase. Only drawback is, I can't figure out how to make it less resistant. I can only do about 5 min. Getting used to it, but wish it had better product support. I'm sure the resistance is too high, but poor instructions and poor built in computer. Tried it with my iPhone & iPad. It tells me the resistance is set at the lowest. Can't find on-line help????

My wife of 5'3", loves this elliptical and the Bluetooth addition is great but at 6'1" my stride is too long for this to be comfortable for me to use. I purchased this for her so thats why I still give it 4 stars. Assembly was easy.

I purchased this elliptical over 6 months ago and I use it very regularly with great results. Recently it broke and I've bad to call the company to discuss repair/replacing it. They're always helpful on the phone and I'm sending it back to be replaced with no hassle. The machine is easy to roll around and use. It's sturdy and has been easy to use. All-in-all a great purchase!
