Don't expect to go benching 300 with this. But it gets the job done and more.

PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE. ALL PARTS AND INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR LONG SETUP. ONCE ASSEMBLED IT IS FAIRLY OBVIOUS THAT THE FRAME DESIGN DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR SUPPORT OF THE BAR SUPPORT POSTS. THEY WOBBLE SLIGHTLY BUT IT DOES THE JOB. I ONLY USE IT FOR LIGHT LIFTING (100-200LBS) SO IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO HEAVY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BENCH.

Very nice weight bench, with just the right amount of accessories. Set up easily, with all the needed tools inclosed in the packaging, and all the parts well labeled. I'm not a professional body builder so I don't use very heavy weights on this bench, and I myself am a rather small person. This said, the bench suits me very well. I'm not sure how well it would work for a very large person, or someone using very large and heavy weights. I am very happy with my purchase.
