I have had no problems with it. It opens and closes and locks.

My parents travel a lot and they kept hiding things from themselves while they were out of town but they are old enough now that they don't always remember where they hide the things! Now they can lock up the important things and know where they are when they get home!

This is a good safe and not easy for someone to pickup and walk away with.

Good room inside safe. Easy to program coding. Heavy enough (65 lbs) to make it difficult to steal. Overall good bang for the buck.
