The item pictured is a hard to find cat toy. It is 3 mice ALL shades of beige and ALL DIFFERENT textures costing *** . The item sent to me is sold everywhere. It is 3 mice 2 grey and 1 beige and ALL the SAME texture sold for *** . I initiated a return only to be informed of an over *** charge that will be deducted from my refund. This means I will have to pay Great Offer Stock more money at that point and I will still not have the toy and i will have nothing in the end. UPDATE I chatted with Niel in customer service dept. and he was so awesome and i am very impressed. I am being issued a full refund. I must say that OS DOES try very hard to achieve customer satisfaction. The item shows out of stock now so im guessing that is probably how the mistake happened.
