Great for puppies This is great for keeping puppies clean and dry. The grate is small enough so that their feet are not in danger of being hurt (I was worried about that) and they do really well in it. The only thing we dislike about it is the top is split in half and opens up, great for cleaning, but one side cannot be held up without the other. One of the sides of the lid has these pieces of metal that will hold it up so that it doesn't fall into the kennel, but the other side doesn't for some odd reason. We still make it work but cleanup and putting them in and out would be easier if that side would stay up on it's own like the other.
