My 2 babies love it. They are playing,fighting.sleeping and falling off it. They even invent their own games to play.

As you might expect, this cat tree comes unassembled. It looks very nice when you finally get it together, but as with most things that come in pieces, It needs a little mechanical help. The holes that the screws fit into are all not in the right places. Drat! I don't have a drill but I managed to pull the longest corded piece over far enough to attach it to the hole in the shelf. It gives it a sort of ultra-modern look. It is hard to tell in the picture but the beige looking thing on the bottom left is a box with holes in it and there are 2 balls that you can put in it so kitty can play snag the ball. The shelves are covered in a very soft, cozy fabric. Oh, one more thing. The shelves are all the same size but if you look on the bottom you will see that one of them has 3 holes instead of 2. That is the top shelf where the springy puff ball toy attaches. It comes with illustrated instructions.

It was a pin to put together, no directions Cat loves it..was playing/scratching before it was together Must be catnapped prior..?

Kitty loves it. She climbs the stairs to get to the top. Many cat condos did not have stairs and hard for cat to get to the top. This one has them.

My cat won't use it right now.. its nice though

Bought this for 9 feral kittens – varieties of Manx, Bobtail and Domestic short hair- 5 boys, 4 girls. Caught them all in the barn under hay stack. After working with spay & save, decided to keeping them inside until outside weather condition improve. This item is exactly what I need to keep them busy for the time being while they’re staying inside. However, IQ-box is no match to them. Both balls were out of box in a blink of an eye (it’s too easy for them!). Balls need to be a bit larger or side holes need to be a bit smaller. Product was placed order on Wed Dec 28th, didn’t expect to receive the product until Jan 10th 2017. Item was delivered on the front porch very next day! Thu Dec 29th. All pieces were numbered and very easy to put together. Product was assembled in 15 min or less without any issues. Sturdy & Well balance (see pic). The price is right and kittens are having fun. It’s a happy ending and win – win for everyone!

The cat tree is nice and puts together very well. However Zola does not pay any attention to it and does not play on it.

I bought this for my 6 foster kittens they love it. The top resting place is smallish not sure a large cat would fit comfortably.

the cat plays on it but hes not really into a lota things. putting it together was easy except for the fact that i have to put it in a corner or itll fall. one of the legs that should be the same length as the second step is in fact longer to the whole thing tilts.

Got it this morning and my 5 month old kitten loves it! Unfortunately, the "busy box was broken... not in shipping obviously, it is smashed in between two of the top holes and should have been seen during packing. The company is not open on Saturdays so I have to wait until Monday to call and ask for a replacement box. I really do not see why the company would not honor my request. My kitten is very active and the busy box is no challenge for her. she had the balls out within minutes of giving it to her. She pushes them out the side holes. I put some of her odd shaped stuffed toys in there but she knew where to push them out instantly. When we get the new box I plan to try covering up the side holes or somehow make them smaller.... Other than that, we LOVE it.

MY CAT IS ONLY 10 POUNDS AND HE IS TOO BIG FOR ANY SHELVES.....THIS IS ONLY FOR VERY SMALL CATS OR KITTENS.

The kitten loves the tree, however the older cat is scared of it. I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She was able to figure out how to put it together, but said the wrong directions were included.

It's excellent for a cat to entertain which helps owners furniture not to be the place for the cat to play and damage furniture. Great size for a house and for a family who lives in an apartment.

Easy to assemble, great scratching post, fun entertainment for the cat.

This did come with a missing part but that didn't matter, my cat is addicted to it and it is very sturdy, and she sleeps in it all the time...LOVE this

Easy to put together! seems sturdy enough for my cats and they are always playing or laying on it.
