The product was great... but NOT from ! At the beginning of the year, I purchased two new tortoises to add to my tortoise family, making it a total of four. However, I had inadequate tank space and my father suggested buying this Pen Plax product rather than the other cheaper ones on the market. So, after shopping around, we landed on Overstock's price and purchased the product. Some days later, it said that the product had been delivered and the money was removed from the used credit card. Okay.... a bit of time passed. Now I was suspicious as to this "Delivered" status. I looked into it, and they'd apparently shipped my item--using my money--to someone hundreds of miles away from me. That was problem NUMBER 1 with Great Offer Stock. After this, we called customer support and the nice folks there put in an order for ANOTHER stand.......... yeah. I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. This whole process lasted for about a month, in which it turned out that they'd sold me a product that they didn't even have. In the end, I wound up getting my money back--still had two un-properly housed tortoises--and had to purchased the product from another site while Great Offer Stock rushed to remove the "Buy" feature on this product on their website. So. In the end, I spent over a month waiting for a product I wouldn't get to come that I never actually got from Great Offer Stock. SO. Don't buy this from OVERSTOCK!! No. Bad idea. Don't do it. No. No. No. HOWEVER, the product itself is a quality piece. Eventually, I did acquire it from another seller and my two "new" tortoises are now properly seated.
