Not for big dogs I was happy to get this item to find out I should have read the product details the xlarge is for dogs up to 29 pounds don't really understand how that's xlarge but whatever. Sucks because this harness had nice material and looked well made.

Chiweenie loves this! A friend suggested this style of harness for my chiweenie. This is soft, comfortable and straps adjustable. Perhaps because of my dog's long body and broad torso, I wish the strap underneath was a little farther back. This is a good value considered to shopping retail. I measured my dog before ordering and the recommendations were correct. This item will take all the pressure off of her neck when we're walking on a lead. I look forward to using it with my dog often on our next vacation.

It is really very nice,however.. I had cancelled my order due to the fact that my dog had passed away. At first, I was told, no too late. I had ordered him a new bed and exercise pen, & this harness but received an email the next day, the order had been cancelled. I was happy to see that because, I don't think another dog is in our future anytime soon. I had my dog cremated, on the day I came home with his little urn and paw print from the vet's office, a package had arrived... It was my dog's new harness I had ordered...thought was cancelled but anyway, very bad timing..My wife just cried and cried...because we never could seem to get the size right since Christmas. This one was the right size.. and color..I donated them to an area shelter. It is a very nice harness but sadly, we never got to use it :(
