Well built heavy duty cat tree with an extra large perch at the top for lazing in the sun! It is quite sturdy and heavy - seems very well made. Just the right height.

My cat would sit on the top level but didn't pay any attention to the other two levels. The quality seems good, and I like the fact that it didn't require any assembly. She didn't pay any attention to the scratching post, which is why I bought it. There was a bit of a smell when I took the tree out of the box, but it didn't seem to bother the cat.

I love this cat condo. the quality is excellent - it's nice and heavy. Fits full size cats and my cats use it!

I bought this scratcher/lounger for my cat hoping she would like. I did not have to be concerned. She loves sitting on top looking out the window and especially loves the sisal for scratching.

My cat loves his perch. Sleeps in it most nights.

Very sturdy and my cats love it. I have two cats and they fight over who is going to lay where. It has held up to the scratching jumping and wrestling. I will be back for another one or maybe even a bigger one.

While the condo is only 36 inches high, it is a very nice little condo. My cats like it right away. They are fairly large cats at 14.5 and 16 lbs, but each of the resting pads is big enough to accommodate them. The top spot is particularly large. The condo itself is well built and the carpeting seems ample. Nice little condo.

My cat loved this and scratched it to death. He loved sitting on top of it. Unfortunately, he scratched off so much of the scratching post that it became unusable.

Well made and very sturdy, not too large, carpeting was attached very nicely. My kitty loves laying and looking out the widow, just the right size.

Like our own special chair or lounger, our 4-legged family member has theirs. It's become a nightly ritual to curl up in the top perch until dawn. The daily antics on the scratching post can't be ignored either!! Highly recommend.

Our two cats love this style. It's the perfect height for sitting in front of the window to watch the world, and the curved platforms underneath are favorite napping spots. This is the second we've purchased. It takes my cats about two years to love them to pieces, about average for any kitty condo/scratching post they've had.

First tree I purchased for my kittens. They all loved it at first, but now are happier up higher. They got on it right out of the box and it is perfect height for looking out the window. Good for older cats that are content to lay around.

Both of my cats really seem to like this, and while they aren't often on the top level together, they will occasionally curl up and nap on the lower levels. Strong, durable tree, at just the right level for my cats to look out the window.

Nice product, but our large breed 16 pound cat makes this tip when he jumps on it.
