Plan some time to put it together I bought 2 cat trees for my cats for the first time. This one took about 2 hours to put together because the instructions are not practical. Between looking at the picture online and the diagram, I finally got everything in place. The pieces are not labled. I agree with the other reviewer, it takes patience, matching up nail holes, screwing and unscrewing poles . . . However, it seems sturdy. Now I'm working on getting the cats used to a cat tree :)

A * to set up Final product is sturdy and well used. The box arrived and it weighed a ton! All the little pieces were rolling all around, took a while to sort it all out. Now it is put together, the cat loves it! Nice and tall so he feels like he's in the canopy of the forest. Caught the dog in there a time or two as well!

Bengal cat Bengal cat is starting to like it; wasn't too hard to put together, but some parts doesn't match up with holes. Alright for one cat as other parts weren't necessary. The picture online helped a lot too in putting most of this item together.

Excellent tree for cats of multiple ages! I have owned this tree for about 4 years, and yes it is still standing! Kitty Mansions brand of cat trees have proven themselves over and over. We have 6 cats, all rescues, ranging from 2 years to 13 years old. There is a level, or "spot" on this tree for each of them. The tree is well built, the best I have ever owned. It is sturdy and it is large. Well worth the money!

Letter The Parts This is much bigger than it looks online so keep in mind to designate an entire corner for this cat tree. The cats were timid around it at first, but it def helps keep the peace with 15 cats (rescue/foster sanctuary) running around the house and 3 big dogs. The hammocks are def not a favorite of my adult cats, but I think kittens will definitely enjoy them so they are kind of aesthetically pleasing for a human. However, putting this thing together is a nightmare. The parts are not lettered and there is only one (black and white) sheet of paper with directions on them and they are not written out. It wouldn't have been a problem if the parts were lettered and the images weren't too small. I suggest pulling up a picture on your computer and working on this. Keep in mind you'll be counting holes to get everything on too. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the product so far.
