I bought this for my beagle mix. It came vacuum packed and the tube was bent already, so it never really did its job. My dog loves to sleep under the covers but he really hasn't used this bed as such. He does sleep on top of it. It is soft and has a nice cushion but I bought it for the cover.

Lucy my beagle, didn't like the tube insert pulled it out and chewed up an end. Easy replacement peice at hardware store. She is confused on how to sleep in it. I show her all the time. I guess it takes training.

The product and was as described except for one thing. The plastic rod that is supposed to make the arch hold up the fabric for the pet to crawl into/under does not work. The rod fits thru the selvage of the fabric just fine, but there is nothing to anchor the 2 ends of the rod, that is no little pocket at the base of the bed to slip the ends into, zip nada, nothing, so it falls flat rendering this arch feature completely useless. HELLO! That is one of the main reasons I bought this product!! Shame on the maker for putting this on the market as any one can see it does not work as advertised or shown. Do not buy this product from the maker.

Fast delivery and easy assembly

I needed to reclaim my bed back from my dachshund, he was hesitant at first but now he's in love with his cave. Machine Washable is a huge plus!!

I had been concerned that our new little rescue dog, who always wanted to be wound up in his "blankie"--including his head, would smother. THEN I read about dog breeds who love to burrow--instinctive for breeds trained to burrow after rodents. He NEVER slept in his crate by his choice. We had this bed just a couple minutes and he was in it! Takes his daytime naps in it. Goes to bed before us to lay in it! Loves it. We took the top "loop" out, as it was too long to keep erect, and just have the overlay for him to crawl under. The mattress is better than mine!

He loves the bed sleeps there instead of with me

I would have expected more from this product. The little plastic pipe doesn't hold up the top of the bed, it just flops down. My dog just lays on top because no matter what we've tried it keeps falling. As a past employee of this company I was excited to order, and was telling my partner how the package would show up and everything. Not impressed at all.

The bed is nice but I never received the plastic bar that holds the arch part up, which makes it like every other bed my dog owns. Disappointing.

I recived my item which is great for a med. size dog. The only problem I had was the bottom wasn't as thick as I had thought and the cover has a hard time staying open. But my dog loves to climb inside on a cold night.

My dogs just love this bed! They all want to lie on it at the same time all 4 of them!

Did not quite work out as I hoped. One of our dogs destroyed the plastic bar holding up the top part of the bed the very first day.

they're nice except the cover doesn't really stay up and tubing slips out they don't mind sleeping on top or partially underneath what would be like a blanket . I would've given five stars but the issue with the tube holder not useful.
