I was concerned my JR terrier would jump over, but he hasn't. This gate is sturdy and it looks great, and very easy to assemble too.

This gate was true to specs.; it looks fantastic, is substantial enough (i.e. not flimsy), and was easy to assemble. I am planning to purchase another TODAY.

I have a 6 ft opening to the living room and it works great. The Retrievers won't jump over it and it adjusts to fit just right. They cannot get around it. Has functioned for almost a year and not a problem yet. It looks more like furniture instead of an ugly pet gate. Completely worth it.

The wood is good quality, and the plastic catches are nice but the vertical posts detach at the bottom and the wire comes out of the frame when I pull or push to extend/retract the gate. I'm not sure why they are separate pieces; this is very annoying.

These work but the quality control isn't great. There were missing drill holes. Having said that, they expand to a good width and offer flexible options for puppy proofing our home. ( We have 3 of them)

If he really wants to, I'm sure he could get over it. This gate helps us set his boundaries and keeps him from running amok.

Overall a useful product but not exactly what we needed it for. The leg placement made it so we could not put it where we planned.

Wish I had purchased two of these instead of this one and another one that was a little longer! :) Only complaint - I wish it was a little longer so that I could have gotten this instead of the other one I got that was a little longer. this was is very sturdy and nicer looking.

Sturdy and nice-looking. Best value that I found. Can be used as a stand alone gate or mounted. Very happy with this purchase!
