Love this I bought two of these pet gates for my laundry room and hallway. They are very heavy and look really nice. I really like that they swing closed and latch once you walk through. They are tall enough that they keep my dog contained and just short enough that my old cat can still jump over.

M.H. This gate is quite lovely, sturdy and effective!! The small door is our cat's meow!!!! Larger door's locking mechanisms are sturdy and easy to use. Classy design which looks great in our home.

Walk Through Pet Gate This would have gotten a 5 star review with the exception that my doors are 36" and so I had to use the included piece to handle that width. The piece did not line up with the posts. I ended up turning one end piece around so that the posts would line up, but that caused that section to be higher than the rest of the gate. I went ahead and placed it as I needed to secure that room, but was disappointed that the extension piece is not properly aligned. Otherwise it works and is a very appealing gate.

good gate for keeping pets put got this gate to keep my 9lb mini dachshund from going up the stairs. the finish and wood embellishment gives it a nice touch and blends into the house without being an eyesore. there are two ways to open the gate, a push button latch with releases the lock, and a pull ring loop which does the same. It's nice to be able to either pull or push a mechanism to open the door depending on what you have in your hands. The gate is spring loaded and automatically shuts behind me. The rungs are too close for even my small cats to get through, and they don't seem to be keen on jumping over the gate to get upstairs, so they go through the staircase railing.

4 dog family We were impressed by how solid the gate is. It takes some time to put it together so everything is level. Once leveled the gate closes automatically.
