Great for cats that love to be up. This is our second tree. We do really like them as do our cats, but the carpet and scratching posts wrap do not hold up very well. We have fluffy carpet poofs all over after just a few months and havehad to rewrap the posts too. Might be just the thing for declawed cats, but ours shred them very easily.That being said I would pay more for a better type of platform covering and post wrap.

Very solid design. Did not appreciate how big this was going to be by the pics online. Be sure to check out the measurements if you have any concerns about size/space in your home

This is plush and has lots of levels for kitties to travel. A peep hole in the lower "condo" is the cutest. Really worth the price especially with a coupon!

Always wanted to buy one, but they are so expensive in pet stores so when I came across this Cat tree I was so excited. (under $200.00) It has proving to be a great purchase, well worth the money. My 13 pound cat, Mojo loves it even though he is really too long to fit on any of the three platforms, he makes it work for him. Late at night he plays with the toys and I just smile knowing he is happy in his own space up high. The exterior material is easy to clean with a vacuum, it was easy to assemble, and it is a sturdy Cat tree. I do recommend this particular Cat tree.

The lowest level platform broke. The wood cracked in half. The cats did jump on it, and they are larger cats, maybe 10-13 pounds each. But it is made for cats so I would have expected it to hold up to cat jumping. The carpet held it together and the platform 'flopped' hanging cracked and totally broken through. We added a leg and metal bars over the broken area. The cats so love this structure and spend hours in it each day. It is nice to have 3 high platforms and two houses but two of the cats always do want the top platform. The instructions to put it together were easy to follow.

This cat house has survived two moves and multiple cats! They never use the stairs but I can see kittens loving that feature. The hanging balls were immediately attacked and pulled off - the cats now ignore the balls since they are no longer attached and the dog has found a new love in chewing cat toys. I've only had to replace the screws on the bottom stair step because it was damaged when moving it into place in the corner, eventually I'll replace the rope with twine but for now it's still intact and the stand is sturdy.

We took in a young female cat that was abandoned in the country, and about a month later she had five adorable kittens. We got this cat tree for them to play on as they grew. Two kittens have gone on to new homes, but the other three, plus mama, are staying with us, and add in our two older cats we already had, and that makes for a house full of cats! This tree is perfect because there are plenty of perches for everyone to find their own space. There will routinely be someone snoozing in each of the little houses, as well as two or three of the high perches occupied. Quality is great, have already ordered another Armarkat tree since they like this one so much. Fabulous value, highly recommend!

Have been using this for 2 years now. It's very sturdy and has held up well under the assault of four active Sphynx cats. My only complaint is that I wish it was darker and didn't show dirt so easily.
