Needed a smaller version of a shop scale....periodically send boxed items. This item is very accurate and very easy to use.....great item. cjs

The box arrived and there is no plug to power it up with DC power. There is a hole for the DC power cord, but no power cord. It states on the box to power with DC or batteries, but they don't ship it this way.

I am pleased with the quality of the product. In both size, ease of setup and functionality it will be easy to use.

Product arrived quickly. I purchased new batteries b/c I thought my current stock was bad. Turned out that unit was BROKEN and I bought new batteries for no reason. Customer service was excellent. I returned the broken product thru UPS and a new one arrived shortly. Product works for what I need.
