I purchased and flew with two of these cases. They are everything I've come to expect from Pelican in terms of ruggedness and quality. The plastic is thick and will take a lot of abuse. There are 4 points for attaching locks; two of these are lined with metal. The top and bottom of the cases have circular feet and will stack, which is nice for storage. The cases also have sturdy wheels and comfortable handles, which helped when wheeling them around. These cases also included 3 layers of foam (the middle layer can be cut with a hot knife to snugly protect the contents of the case), but I opted to use a rectangular soft case inside the Pelican case so that I could more easily reconfigure the contents. The one thing to watch out for with this case is the weight. It's heavy even empty, and that may limit what you can bring with if you're flying.
