Tough As Nails and Easy to Manipulate
VERIFIED PURCHASEFrom Nov 25 through Dec 15 this case has seen 10 jet cargo holds, two Amtrak cargo holds, one bus cargo hold, three shuttle vans, one transit bus, four subway trains, numerous elevators, 14 flights of stairs, and about 3/4 of a mile of concrete and cobblestone sidewalks, parking lots, train, airport, and bus stations. THIS IS THE BEST CASE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED AND THE BEST VALUE FOR ANY PIECE OF LUGGAGE I HAVE EVER OWNED. Granted, it's only been a few weeks, but it has had a pretty fair workout. Great value and it cleans-up well.

Good service...good product
I love the ease of its handling. Much easier on my wrist when waiting in line at the airport. Feel great about this a luggage with spinner wheels. The hard case is not that hard, its actually flexible, but its usually carrying my clothes so no biggie. The bag is very lightweight. I think this will be good for 10 years.

VERIFIED PURCHASELOVED THIS SUITCASE! IT HAD ROOM ENOUGH FOR MY 10 DAY STAY IN SEATTLE AND ROOM TO BRING HOME EXTRA SWEATSHIRTS. THE EXPANDABLE ZIPPERS ADDED JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF EXTRA SPACE. IT WAS EASY TO PULL AND WHEEL AROUND. I BOUGHT THE "RED" FRONT CASE AND IT WAS EASY TO SPOT AT BAGGAGE CLAIM. FOR THE PRICE I PAID I FEEL I GOT THE "DEAL" OF THE YEAR. IT IS A GREAT VALUE AND WILL BE USED FOR YEARS TO COME. GO FOR IT

reasonably priced case for average useage
VERIFIED PURCHASEThis case is a good size for trips of up to 10 days. The handle and wheels are sturdy. However, I travel frequently and the case is already looking dingy and a little frayed. The zipper pulls on the larger outside pocket came off almost immediately.

Smaller bags have held up pretty well
Since we bought these in 2008, we've traveled overseas once and about 10 times domestically with 21 & 25 inch rolling bags. I stuff them good & full. It's very possible to end up overweight with the 25 inch. The most heavily used case's lining is starting to come apart. Overall a good bargain that looks nice. BUT! The 29 inch case shattered on our second trip. Shards of plastic everywhere between the lining & the outer fabric.
