Husband had a little problem in the beginning getting it to stay upright when setting it down. He added a cardboard to the bottom to keep it more rigid and now that it is broken it the carboard isn't necessary. I think the problem is, because it is soft sided, it is tightly folded up when packaged and delivered, so it wanted to return to that position and cave in...no longer much of a problem.

its a good value. well made, reasonably priced. holds lots of stuff, definitely not petite.
