Worst nnoisiet the wheels! Love the bag.... toree near the zipper first use, I put too much in... the design itself is perfect. Wheels sound like a freight train warning """here I come!" ton every hard surface ... rather embarrassing for a business product . Unforgiving fabric. Poorly supported near to zipper if you fill to capacity. Great side pockets for cell.. glasses, passports etc. Really a nice design. But HATE the wheels

Good Bag I like the style of the bag but the zipper gets stuck and the handle does not adjust as quickly as I would like. It does serve it's purpose and I am not carrying around other items as I had done before. Overall, it's a nice bag.
