This replaced a 20 year old rubbermaid garbage can in our ktichen. We love the new look. And it feels like it is weighted so it doesn't tip over easy if knocked into.

Great can for putting next to a kitchen island. Its bigger than most, so make sure you buy the Simple Human trash bags. They fit great and are very sturdy.

Great size for our bar area. Because it has an open top it is easy to throw bottles, etc. in it.

I bought this trash can hoping to match the rest of my kitchen appliances. I wanted the open top for convenience and the lid tucks in the garbage liners perfectly. I'm very happy with this buy.

I was tired of emptying the trash and sitting the bag next to the trash can until it was full. Now when the can is full so is the bag. It's easy to keep clean. Simple to remove the full bag and put a fresh bag in. There is no lid to break and it's tall enough to keep my 2-3 year old out of it. Yet he can put stuff in it. Not to mention the fun with the box!

It fits the space perfectly. The shape allows for the can to fit nicely up against the counter. Love it!

If you don't mind the open design (I take trash out every 1-2 days) this is #1 on the market as 1) Huge, 20L more than other trash cans, 2) Brushed steel looks very premium vs. standard stainless steel and much more durable, and 3) Flat back stays flush to your counter and style looks very modern. I've never cared or reviewed about trash cans before.

Open top provides ease of access; no peddle to depress

This is the perfect trash can in my restaurant's bathrooms. It is the perfect size, looks great and is very sturdy.

I shopped for a SimpleHuman trash can at a local big box store and they were much more expensive than through Great Offer Stock. This is an extremely made unit. We bought it to use for parties and it works great as it holds a lot of paper plates and cups + bottles. I wanted a can without a closed top (as they get really messy at parties) and this fit the bill perfectly. The only slight downside is that you should use relatively expensive Simple Human bags, but I knew that up front.

We bought this to tame our recycling issues. We have so much volume to recycle that we needed a big can to avoid having to empty the large but light load so frequently. The plastic cans were either too small or ugly. We chose the open top to make disposing recycleables easy.: It simplifies the process when your hands are otherwise full. It's also great for just tossing things in from a distance: this stainless steel can holds its ground.My one quibble is that it doesn't have an inner bucket, but that just means that we carry the plastic liner bag to the outside bin, empty the bag, and reinstall it in the inside can. This trash can comes with a sample of 3 size P Simplehuman custom bags. Since we'll reuse the bags until they get soiled, the custom bags aren't a real expense. You can always us another brand of big bag; The can is designed to hide any bag overhang, so everything is neat & tidy. Great can. Highly recommend.

This trash can is worth every cent, it is beautiful and large, easy to put the trash in, the liner stays hidden and I like the black trash bags I found. Looks great tucked at the end of the counter across from the stainless fridge, makes the room look very coordinated.
