Love the taste, we drink more water because of this. We chose to have it professionally installed. We are going to replace the filters soon, once again we are hiring the replacement, but will be watching as he completes this to see if we think we could do this ourselves in the future. We don't know yet how our maintenance experience will be, but if it's simple, the rating would be 5 stars.

Let me start by saying we purchased an iSpring RO system about 5 years ago, and also purchased a 3-year replacement set from another eCommerce supplier. This order arrived quickly and everything looked correct (I don't need to replace any filters just yet). So, at this point I would definitely order again. I'll update if I run into any issues.

This is a great RO system. I've had it for 5 years and this filter set is a great price with the discounts. I had a problem with one of the filters delivered so I called the manufacturer direct. They resolved it right away and am very pleased with their level of service and response. They even followed up later to see if my system was ok.

Excellent customer service. I ran into problems with membrane after few months. iSpring promptly replaced the membrane at no cost. Highly recommend it.

All filters are exactly the same as new purchased, except the #5 filter. That one appears to be of cheaper quality around the valves and it took a couple attempts to make sure it didn't leak at those connections.
