Works excellent on picking up pet hair. Can't get it to program automatically. I have to initiate it each time I want it to run.

seem like I am rerouting all the time and unplugging the brush from hair. used only for six months then went back to vacuum that works better and picks up more

I was excited to receive this but it never works. It displays and error code and stops in the middle of our room. Waste of money

Bob is becoming one of the family. He even comes with a birth notice with our last name. Bob has a tough job in my home with 3 pets. He goes silent when in trouble and needs to have brushes cleaned, difficult to clean well. Battery only lasts an hour and takes a long time to charge. But all in all I do like the product and he does a good job on my carpet. Trying the hardwood next.

I have two double coated dogs and this is the best robotic vacuum I have ever had.

does the wall over and over then battery dies before can find middle. gets caught up on edge of its charger.

Its great for the inbetween cleans and for that pet hair. Not so great with carpets or rugs.

Vacuum portion works well. Doesn't like transitions from room to room. Haven't used the mop yet.

Was given as a gift. I have been thanked over and over for Bob Sweep. They love it, does a great job cleaning up after 2 dogs and a cat. Has had no problem getting up on rugs.

A bit skeptical before the purchase of this gem. This guys is awesome, he sweeps. Vacuums and mops (yet to use the mopping feature) he goes from hardwoods, to tile to carpet without changing any settings whatsoever. We have him scheduled to clean everyday at 1:30, he does his thing and then returns himself back to the charging station to get ready for the next day. All in all, this is an awesome product, sure, he'll get stuck every once in a while where he needs a little nudge but that's about it. We did have one issue where he wasn't working correctly so we had to engage customer service. I rate their service a 10, they walked me through some self tests and Bob is now back in tip top shape.
