We have an umbrella table attached to two chairs that we ordered here on Great Offer Stock. It's nice, however, the umbrella kept spinning around because nothing was holding it at the bottom. We ordered this umbrella base, slid it under the table and then inserted the umbrella and it works great. Stops the umbrella from spinning in the wind.

I have bamboo directors chairs at that table. The base is light and slim. Doesnt look super sturdy. Perfect for under a table.

Very disappointing product. While it looks great, I tried it out today at my pool. I was not able to have my umbrella stand straight and the lightest wind would tip over the stand....too bad because it`s pretty.

7 inches is too short to manage stability of a 7 to 9 foot umbrella! This would blow over even with light wind in Seattle!
