Needed to protect your rug if being put on hardwood floor.It also prevents it from sliding.

We have this pad under a runner in our kitchen. We have to put the rug back on the pad several times a day. We need to protect the hardwood by using a felted pad but will be using some rug double-stick tape to keep the rug on the pad. We have other runners/pads in place in our home and do not have the same issue.

Has a non slip finish to keep the rug from sliding and doesn't slip on the floor. Gives a more plush feel to a rug

Excellent value for the money

This rug pad works very well for my rug.

The mastiff can move the rug off the pad but the pad stays in place on our laminate floors.

This provides nice padding and doesn't stick to our wood floors like some pads do.

This rug pad is a great value. Keeps your floors protected without slipping.

The rug I use this with is not anchored by any furniture, so it still slides all around.

Does not hold rugs in place, always having to adjust. Would not buy again.

get what you pay for - it's ok, but i had to trim the width. came wider than advertised for my rug.

Extra padding world great!

Calling it a "pad" is a misnomer. No padding. Keeps rug from slipping though.

Needed nonslip rug pads for entryway runners that were sliding every where on the hardwood! These work extremely well and add a little thickness and cushion also. Only drawback is that I could not find any that were exactly the size I needed. Needed to trim some from the length and width.

The description purposely omits the thickness of this pad but on receipt I see this is garbage, LESS than 1/4" thick and way overpriced. Great Offer Stock tricked me and cheated me! This was a 2x8 (16 sf) pad and cost *** delivered. In contrast I bought a 35 sf pad from ***, 1/2" thick for *** more. ***, *** sells this 2x8 piece of junk for ***. But what's worse, Great Offer Stock wants me to pay **** in shipping charges to return this garbage. That's my last Great Offer Stock purchase and no, I will not be returning it for a *** penalty.

I have purchased several of theses pads in all shapes and sizes they are the best by far. Good quality and function as designed. Thanks Great Offer Stock another great product:)

Keeps my runner in place. I like the padding on the top and the nonstick surface on the bottom.

The pad seems to be doing a great job. The runner is very heavy & hasn't moved since put down(appr 3 wks). My prior runner slid all over & was very annoying. I run the sweeper over it & it never moves. I take a damp cloth and run along the edge because it is on ceramic tile. Very pleased.
