A superior knife. I have one of my own that I bought many years ago. I just sent this one to my daughter and she loves it. It is well balanced and fits the hand well. I am slowly adding the other knives to fill in the rremaining that I and my daughter want the most.

It was a gift for my son. He says it's glides through the meat and cuts with ease. I gave it four stars because I think it should have a cover.
