Poor engineering The hot handle doesn't align horizontally. It's off a couple degrees. This wasn't discovered until I paid a plumber $90 an hour to install it. When I called the company, the customer service rep went on and on "Oh no, it not 100%, not 100%. We have issues with this so it not 100%." My question, why are they selling this item without a disclaimer that there are some engineering issues? They of course offered a refund but that means I would have to pay to install TWICE - and pay to have it taken out. How absurd. I'll live with it but it's crap. Don't buy one.
