The first 2 boxes arrived with at total of 17 broken tiles. There was no padding or bubble wrap, just the tiles in a thin cardboard box. Great Offer Stock was great and replaced them. The next shipment had minimal bubble wrap with the same thin box. I was surprised that none of the tiles were broken in that.
The tiles looked so pretty in the pictures, but were not sealed and so would require a fair amount of maintenance. Also, the pattern wasn't very consistently painted on. Unfortunately, I returned these tiles.
The richness of these tiles is not apparently noticeable till you apply them on walls. Outstanding!
This tile is gorgeous, stunning. Well made, packaged and delivered with no breaks or chips. (still waiting for the painter just so thrilled with the tile that I wanted to share)
