unusual piece, good quality
This arrived in 3 days, much faster than I expected. Perhaps this piece varies a little from piece to piece, but I did not run into anything negative mentioned in other reviews. The size is as stated, it looks just like the picture, it's very colorful without being neon, it was packaged well and it's made fine. There were a couple of tiny spots where the ties that secured it in the packaging rubbed on the painted metal as I tugged them loose and left white marks, perhaps that's what others thought was paint. I touched a black sharpie to them and they disappeared instantly. Even if I hadn't it would have been fine, they were tiny, like maybe 1 mm, and only 3 in number; I doubt you'd notice if not looking for them and you wouldn't see them from across the room. I'm happy with the flowing shape of this piece, I didn't want just another big framed picture in the spot where it's going, and feel it was a good value.
