I'm rating this good instead of excellent only because it's such an expensive seat. Both my spouse and I are glad we purchased it though. Lots of adjustable features for comfort. Next time I would purchase the less expensive Washlet model without the automatic open close lid feature though. It's kind of annoying so we ended up turning it off. If your toilet is in an area of your bathroom where you are moving around near it (showering, washing your hands, etc) the seat will raise and the bowl rinse will start.

I really wanted to get this toilet installed but you need an electrical outlet by your toilet. To do that, we had to get the electrician to install in our house and that would've been a $300 minimum price tag on top of the price of this seat. With spending so much money on this seat already, it just wasn't worth it to spend another $300 to $400 to get an electrical outlet that is up to code installed.
