I rated this item only 4 stars because before, during and after I placed my order, I asked a question: "Are the described light bulbs included with the lamp?" I never received an answer and I just received the lamp today without included light bulbs! My issue is strictly a lack of communication concern on your part; Not just non receipt of necessary light bulbs without which, The lamp cannot function... Now leaving me in the dark! I !have a beautiful lamp that I would have been able to enjoy immediately...Now I must wait for the constant Chicago stormy weather to stop before I go out of my way after delivery, to buy the necessary light bulbs in order to shed light on this preventable matter! I don't think you practice good customer service or good business practice and I will think twice before shopping at Great Offer Stock again! PS: If I was told yes or no re: if the necessary light bulbs were included, in answer to my question of such, and in a timely manner, I would have purchased them Immediately in preparation of delivery and set up when I would not be disappointed and you would have a perfect 5-star rating!
